BMC race filter
In addition to the standard filter version, BMC has developed another option for the filter.
This is the “Race” filter, which is a filter that is consistent in shape with the standard filter, but has been constructed from the filter material to provide increased air flow over other filter systems, while still maintaining the filtering effect.
The BMC “Race” filter is designed for those who are not satisfied with the normal performance of the bike, but modify the engine and the control unit to achieve more power afterwards. The “Race” filter can be recognized by a yellow stripe.
